Roadtrek Class B Motorhomes

About Roadtrek

Roadtrek: It's a brand which has become synonymous with the Class B Motorhomes.

When it comes to the Class B market, Roadtrek year after year continues to sit at the number one selling position.

The year was 1974 when Dutch-born Jac Hanemaayer, decided to look at an RV for personal use. While he enjoyed the spacious comfort offered by Class A and Class C motorhomes, he wasn't looking to become a "weekend bus driver."  With that, he decided to check out the Class B van market.

The first thing Hanemaayer would discover is he was unable to find a van which had all the same comforts of a larger motorhome. He would later design one for himself and had it built by then Home & Park Vehicles. Hannemaayer was so pleased by the finished product he decided to buy the company.

With sales to the U.S. starting in 1983, Roadtrek would grow tremendously through the 80s. In 1990, the company became the best-selling North American class B van.

After outgrowing its 50,000 square foot plant, in 1993 the company moved into a more modern, 120,000 square foot manufacturing facility to not only increase production, but lower manufacturing costs, improve product quality and enhance customer service.

Among some of the great Roadtrek brands we carry include the 170 Versatile, 190 Popular, 190 Versatile, 210 Popular, 210 Versatile, RS Adventurous, SS Agile and SS Ideal.
