We were looking to trade our class C in for a smaller travel trailer. We have worked with the salesman Mark Bensman in the past and he did a great job so we wanted to work with him again. Mark helped us find a quality travel trailer that met our needs in a size the fits our truck. Mark was not pushy, answered all our questions, and always guided us in the right direction. The finance department did a good job of finding the best rate and they are fast in getting the paperwork completed. The service department did the walk through with us an answered all of our questions. We were not rushed through the walk through and was able to turn everything on to make sure it was operating properly. I highly recommend Mark and the friendly group of people at Dave Arbogast RV.

i have purchased cars , boats , motorcycles several time in my life . this was my first adventure into the RV world. I did my research and studying has much as i could before entering the RV dealership. because as you may think , dealers are all the same ! not this time , i met Mark Bensman. by the end of my experience i felt that we were good friends . he patiently waited and researched the unit that I wanted, with specifications i had described to him and what was in my price range. it took us about 2 months because i was very specific. he would check in with me from time to time to let it me know that he was still searching. and one day , he got it . yes, right to everything i asked . he will take the time to listen to you and to get you what you want. by the end of this process i believe I can call him my friend , he is very personable , honest and caring for customers . due to this fact . as long he is there i will not buy anywhere else! overall my experience was awesome , i really think, after shopping around and in my experience, that this is the placed to get your RV .

We have been looking for the perfect travel trailer for our needs, we have been to a few lots and felt like we were being rushed into buying something that didn't have everything we were looking for. We came to Dave Arbogast just to look around at a couple trailers. We met Stacy Trissel in sales and he showed us a lot of trailers we liked with and bunch of options. Very friendly and was able to answer all our questions. That day we found one we really wanted however was sold. Stacy worked with us for the next week and was able to find the exact one we liked being built new at the factory. He was able to put our name on it and a week later in came in and we are now new owners of a great camper. Even had free delivery to our lake property and delivery was 30mins ahead of schedule,The driver was able to park the camper exactly where we asked him to. We will be life long customers to Dave Arbogast.

My husband and I were interested in looking at travel trailers but had MANY questions since this would be our first time buying a travel trailer. We were wanting to wait till closer to the RV show date to replace our existing travel trailer. I am always looking at the different models and floor plans of all makes of travel trailers. We went to Arbogast RV's and we spoke with Dave Cox. He showed us 4 or 5 different trailers and we were not ready to make a decision. Dave was very patient and not the pushy have to do it now salesman, which is a huge plus to me. We had sent emails back and forth and closed on a 2013 Rockwood Signature Ultra Lite, which so far we absolutely love. The financing was a breeze and the explanation of the RV and setup was great. We had purchased our other trailer from a very large RV dealer and were much more satisfied with the price, selection and service at Dave Arbogast. We will return again once we are ready for our next trailer. Thank you.

Well... we did some shopping for a new travel trailer. We looked at 4 dealers in Florida, then we checked online. I never thought i be driving 1000 miles to make a purchase. But, a great price and quality sales help will change your mind. I worked with a very helpful Christy in the online sales to start the process...so far so good. I was then turned over to a very nice and friendly Ed Cross our sales rep. Ed is a no pressure type guy who we enjoyed. we got the details of the deal, it was a huge savings over local dealers. We drove the distance for a great deal. In the back of my mind i was waiting for the ball to drop when i got there. Much to my pleasure, i was shocked when i got there and saw how professional this place is. We looked at the Travel trailer with a Justin, a knowledgeable person , he gave us some great tips for usage and maintenance. Vicky was most helpful in the closing of deal and going over paperwork. They hooked it up and we drove off very happy customers. We spent two nights on camping on the way home. We had a good adventure. The new unit worked great no issues over the long trip home. The salesman I had was pretty great, I didn?t feel pressured. I even got to meet the owner, thought that was kind of crazy. You wouldn?t think at that big of a dealership he would be there. I also had a chance to service my car in there service department, again good experience. I would recommend this dealership, seems to be genuine. Pros: big inventory

Working with Matt Jennings was the BEST experience that I have ever had at a car Dealership. He treated me with respect and got the best deal for me without any hassell or haggling. I was greeted at the door by all of the salesmen and they all made me feel welcomed and did not make me feel that I was just another customer, they made me feel special. From the time looking on the lot, test driving, paperwork to financing, I experienced the best customer service that I could ever want to receive from a dealership. I guarantee that they will have all of my repeat business along with any other customers that I can bring their way. I have no problem with referencing them and I will do it with confidence that they will also get treated just as great.

We drove in from out of the area on a Saturday to look at a specific car, having worked with Joe by phone beforehand. Though they were not willing to move on the price a whole lot, their assertion that they were close to cost made sense given the market and the car's time in inventory. We paid a fair price, and the condition of the car was very, very good and accurately described. Joe was a peach to deal with: professional, direct, accurately read our needs and ""level of involvement required."" We had the whole deal (from setting foot on the lot to leaving) done in under 2.5 hours. Next time we shop, despite the fact that we're 1.5 hours away, we'll check here.
